how to preserve 60 fps?

i have a 16:9 MPEG-2, 720p at 59.94 fps which i'm laying new audio over. Every choice in "produce" seems to reduce the fps down to 29.97 (i've tried pretty much all of the ones that imply HD). How do I preserve my framerate?

Hi Newbie. You need to give yourself a name before you ask questions on the forum. Just edit your profile and you can be any name you like as long as it's decent.
