Anyone?
In the Region selection box: 0 (zero) Changes remaining.
I did Install PowerDVD 9 on this new Windows 7 system.
The only DVD/Blu Ray disks I have got, are all the same region.
I never selected another Region.

Quote:PowerDVD 9 Ultra asking “Region code” twice before playing BD.
I ended up installing all previous version of PowerDVD by hand.
The uninstallers left junk in the registry, and left some parts running.
After everything was removed, a fresh installation fixed it.

I had similar problem with Power DVD 9 (bundled with Asus BD writer)
After PD 9 update "changes remaining" counter indicated 0 and blu rays didn't play (99% load then error message).
Fortunately I found this solution which worked flawlessly
http://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/8449.page Both counters (Devices Manager and PD) shows 4 now and I can play all blu rays jus like before update
