Can Powerdirector 8 do these two things?

1) Have like a Breaking News ticker tape like thing going across the bottom of the screen?

2) Kinda like 1 but having like names and stats show up on the screen

#1 can be done with a scrolling title.

#2 can be done with a little more effort using a PiP. __________________________________
