i just got a new blue ray disc player & included cyberlink 8 so i installed it and registered etc next day went to use cyberlink and got registration request screen again so re-entered the number now to be told I cannot upgrade my copy/re-enter same number again...also i was given a free dowload of FREE Power2Go 5.5 LE from cyberlink and this is the same issue i have put in the code and yet it still asks for it when the program is used


I don't want an upgrade i would just like the program to work thanks in advance
