I played Transformers on Blueray without a problem. Two hours later I tried playing it again for my son and it came up with the upgrade to dvd10 stuff. I chose not to do it at this time and now I cant even open dvd9. when i try to open it it comes up with a minimized black screen and locks up. with the "not responding" on top of the box. I have removed DVD9 from my computer restarted and reloaded twice and have had the same result. everything else on the computer is working fine. i am running windows 7 home premium.
