Thx. The problem was that you can click on a folder to play a video within the folder, but you have to be at the file level for the drag or add to playlist button to light up. You can't drag the folder to the playlist.

I'm trying to add a video to a PLAYLIST. Help says to click Add to Playlist button (which I can't find) or drag file to playlist. When I drag, it doesn't add it. Please help.
