PowerDirector Not Install And Not Uninstall Completely

I need solve this problem
my labtop hp dv 5
default system already have powerdirector package 7 in it but it trial
so i uninstall it by ccleaner tool uninstall
then i install new powerdirector 8 in my labtop
it's said


your system already have power director please remove it to install new version


so i try to delete folder/registry everything with fresh restart
then i install .exe version 8 in again

still pop up same message

window vista 64 bit

i'm getting in middle now , cannot install new version and cannot find old
version back , there nothing file high light when searching in c: dir
also registry

everything has been delete

thank you

if someone could help me solve this


and i know the best way is recovery labtop but this way is not solve problem i need to do

Subject: PowerDirector - information we request and tasks to carry out.
PART P - get it

I. Reboot PC.

Before carrying out part II please ensure you have ...... Go to Tools > Folder Options > View tab > Select "Show hidden files and folders"

II. Install Microsoft cleanup tool and clean PowerDirector installation information Install Microsoft cleanup tool and execute from "Start\all programs\WindowsInstaller Cleanup" To check if PowerDirector is on product list, If you can see PowerDirector in product list. Select
PowerDirector and click "Remove" button to clean up PowerDirector.
Microsoft cleanup tool: PART P

III. Remove PowerDirector folder and clean up PowerDirector Registry
Please try the following steps.
1. Remove C:\Program Files\CyberLink\PowerDirector folder
2. Remove C:\Program Files\InstallShield Installation Information\{CB099890-1D5F-11D5-9EA9-0050BAE317E1} folder
3. Run regedit (Start --> Run --> type "regedit" )
(1) Remove HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\CyberLink\PowerDirector
(2) Remove
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{CB099890-1D5F-11D5-9EA9-0050BAE317E1}
(3) Remove
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\InstallShield Uninstall Information\{CB099890-1D5F-11D5-9EA9-0050BAE317E1}
(4) Remove
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\InstallShield_{CB099890-1D5F-11D5-9EA9-0050BAE317E1}

Try this - you haven't removed all the data.

i do the same instructed above but not working

i install window installer open it
don't see cyberlink or powerdirector on the list software

so which mean is already remove it
also regedit.exe registry folder has been remove all single related word
of powerdirector

what can i do now ?

reformat window ?
