FWIW, MS is still supporting EPG for WMC (at least in the USA)

I know Win7 is obsolete, which makes Windows Media Center obsolete too. And I've heard that Win10 does not come with WMC - although people have posted ways to install WMC on 10.

Given all this, one might think that the EPG's for WMC would have been shut down years ago. Especially since M$, doesn't get any money for this.

Never the less, I've been running WMC for a few months now and it queries an EPG once a day and always updates. So someone is supporting it still.

It's especially helpful now since a lot of people have cut the cable cord and get their TV OTA.
