Please help me. I am really disappointed with Cyberlink PowerDirector 14 ultimate. This editor is extremely slow, freezes all the time and has lots of bugs.I bought it about this time last year. And it has been giving me trouble all year. Please help. If I don't get help I'm boycotting Cyberlink because I am not impressed! (BTW I have been waiting for it to load something for the past 3hrs and it is still loading as I write this). I have tried turn the computer off and on, uninstalling it and installing it. Nothings working. Super disappointed.

Editor: Cyberlink PowerDirector 14 ultimate

Windows: 10

I got it last year

Quote ... If I look at the link given by you for the laptop for $300 it is in fact ''faster'' with a 3.2Ghz....

I feel sick as I paid nearly $1000 for this pile of poop about 6months ago... Thanks for the information, have a great day

Thank you so much for the reply 😁. I checked the sytem requirements and you are right, my CPU is too slow. I don't want to have buy a new laptop so I'm going to try change it. I should have checked it before buying the editor.

sorry to tell you that you do need a new or used pc faster than the current one.
