Isn't this almost exactly the same as what you posted in 2012? What did Tech Support tell you then? Did you try it or did they do it for you?

Whay are you formatting your computer so often? Do you turn off your antivirus when you install a program? Do you run a registry cleaner?

Some programs have a limit to the number of times it can be activated. I don't know about the Cyberlink programs. This is to help prevent people (probably not youi) from sharing the software. .
