Windows 10 update won't allow me to Produce my movie in PD 14

After I reinstalled my entire windows system and PD 14, I have same errors.

Error message tells me to update graphics card.
Graphics card will not update without Java.

Jave downloads but will not install.

I am stuck stuck stuck and cannot finish my movie for the client.

I updated PD, but it didn't fix it.

PLEASE, CAN ANYONE HELP ME??? I MUST produce my movie which I have been editing

for months!

what kind of reinstall did you do??? you're good to go till lunar new year date(last posted on 08Feb2016).

a system restore or a complete delete the partition and recreate a new partition install???

lastly check to see if you have an administrator account...
