PD13 and GTX965M

Finally got around to installing Win10 on my new laptop. Unfortunately, PD13 doesn't want to use my nVidia GTX965M GPU at all for anything. Not a single transition is marked as accelerated. According to the nVidia site, this chipset does support CUDA and more.

Installing the latest 355.60 driver now.

Added the cuda .dll files and I now have MP4 acceleration, but oddly, still no transitions that show Cuda.
