how can i use pips from transition section independently, 2. motion

I am no longer using any transition effects, because they are unstable, but I want to use the "burn" effect from the transition section to disguise the seem between two takes, how can i use it as an independent clip? do I have to download it somewhere? it's a simple question, I want to use it ON A SEPARATE TRACK, not as a transition effect.

QUESTION 2: on poweredirector 11, I had this thing where I could adjust motion of the clips or images, it was on lower left side. now on powerdirector 13, I can no longer see that option, where is it?

Question 1:
I'm sure one of the experts will have a better idea, but you could put the Burn transition between 2 green screen photos and then produce a video. Then you could use the video and set the Chroma Key when you put that clip on the timeline.

I don't even have the title/text options now like I had in powerdirector 11, there's zero, zero, zero, 1, 4 title options. and when I go to download it's too confusing to understand which to download. I don't understand what they are trying to pull here and for what reason.
