Yes I use without problems in PD13 v2521

I have a shortcut on the desktop background to the executable, to activate 2 click PDSpeed.exe.

I use the version 13.0.2408 and does not work. with version 9 is all OK.
The 2514 version is beta, I wait for the final release, it's still good news.

I would like to make it work even with version 13.
