Increase Height Of Audio Waveform

Is there any way to increase the height of the audio waveform of a video file to make it easier to see specific sound locations. I know I can make the track higher, but that doesn't make the wavefom higher. There is plenty of sound volume, because when opened in audio director, shows up nicely.

Increasing the track height should increase the audia waveform... It certainly does for me?
You can only increase the track height so far, but it would seem to be enough to identify clicks or other distinctive sound events etc, particularly if you expand the timeline.
