It seems that this will fix the curious just PD13 error, other applications is normal.

This happened during the fist day after the delivery of PD13. It was caused bay a CL server.

But it has been fixed. Try again.... Perhaps the server has a problem again.... Jean-Paul

Thanks for your reply, I saw this topic, my case is different PD13 does not open the message.

May be some error in downloading were four attempts to get up download without error, took 9 hours.

AMD-FX 8350 / 8GB DDR3

New installation only PD13, other HD solved the activation error.

Returned the installation to HD C.

Error 2, PD13 opens and immediately closes, not solved yet.

Returned the installation, PD13 trial is OK AMD-FX 8350 / 8GB DDR3

After uninstall everything, clean registry etc ...
Not solved the problem 2nd Open / Close PD13

The solution was simple.

1 - Right Click icon PD13.
2 - I selected, Troubleshoot Compatibility, Next
3 - I chose, I do not see the problem on the list, Next
4 - I chose, Windows Vista (Service Pack 1), Next
5 - Start Program, Next
6 - Save Settings, Close
(Problems encountered, incompatible file)
Disregarded the message, can be for Vista, and use Win7 / 64

7 - Now that PD13 is operating, returned compatibility mode Win 7 without problems.

My problem still not solved.Only have windows vista service pack 2.As you can see i'm running on 8.1 pro.Something strange,i have discovered all the new version do not sign in automatically and if i try to register it says-have to open account,account is excepted but nothing happens.If i connect to (Photo director 5) no problems.My new PDR13 is running on my laptop/windows 7.On my desktop as you wrote in you're problems.
