Video Preview Thumbnail

Hi All
The video image thumbnail that is produced when you create a video and which appears as a preview when you click on your file in Windows - is there anyway of controlling this?

Not really. That thumbnail is generated in Windows Explorer and it depends on the CODECs that are installed in Windows.
