5 Attempted Unsuccessful Downloads Then IE Crash

Five attempted downloads.Program would stop or pause. When I click resume, it resumed, then paused again. Then it finally finished first part and went on to the actual download. Then IE crashed in the middle of 5th attempted download and I lost all criteria. Didn't even get a chance to enter product code. Please help. Thank you. Bianca

As usual, most folks come here because something went WRONG!
Hopefully, we can get you up and running.
Do you use another browser? I would try that first. HP Envy Phoenix/4thGen i7-4770(4@3.4GHz~turbo>3.9)

Word of advice, stay away from IE. I only used that if a site only opens up using IE. But try either Chrome or Firefox.
