Hi guys, I have PD11 installed on this computer, however i find I am working more often on another computer now. Can I uninstall the program from this machine, and install the program using the same key on the other computer? If not, what would be the process?

I don't see why not.
As long as you have your keys. The software isn't tied to a specific computer.

Go ahead and uninstall from your current computer and reinstall on your other computer.

Usually the EULA or whatever licensing fine print for software states you can only have one instance of a program on one computer- not multiple ones.
