powerDVD9 will not play the NEW Hobbit movie Blu Ray

So today it was the UK release of the new Hobbit movie on Blu ray. Thing is, my player wont play it, it gives me a message to update my software and instantly tells me that my software is up to date, i press play and same thing.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the disc as my Playstation 3 plays the movie absolutely fine. I would like to be able to watch it on my computer too as I paid for this software. Had SO many issues with Cyberlink in the past if they dont fix this one then it's time to move on!

do you use the retail version of PowerDVD 10?
please help to post the Version and SR-Number (not the CD-key!!!)

i'd like to note that i can play other blu rays on my player, just not the hobbit
