Hello, I am using, Viewcast Osprey 220 Video Capture Card on my computer, but when used CyberLink YouCam 5 it does not detect the video card.

Hi,
YouCam does not support capture cards - it is application to capture Video with WebCam.

Maybe you have look into PowerDirector:
