Hello guys,

just bought 2 the same laptops and webcams on both of them have the same problem - "white noise". Version of software 4.1.2218. It's almost useless for skype and capture. TrueTheater Enhancement feature doesn't work with my version of software (This message just appears when I click on this option). "Noise reduction" slider is grayed...so it also can't be used..
Does anybody else has the same kind of problems or have any suggestions?
Contacted Customer Service but.... looks like they can't even read carefully my entire message and explanations.
