Trouble upgrading AND Contacting support!!!!

The ticket system isn't working, it freezes after I hit submit through multiple browsers but I would like to upgrade my Cyberlink youcam 5 to the deluxe version. Everytime I tried to install, it asks for the previous version of cyberlink youcam 5. I attempted multiple times to find and install the previous versions but to no avail. If I could be messaged the link to the download for the full deluxe version file, that would be terrific. Thank you.
