Lost YouCam5 during Windows 8 installation - redownload?

During the installation of Windows 8 I lost a lot of my programs (my fault for not understanding one of the processes).

One of those programs was YouCam5 Deluxe. How do I download it for reinstalling? I downloaded the trial version but there's nowhere to input my license number so I guess I have to get an authorised download link.
