PowerDVD will not let me download AACS Licence Key Update?

I keep getting the following message, and everytime I press "yes", the popup just keeps coming back again so I cannot play my Blu-ray disc.

"An important component of Cyberlink PowerDVD requires periodic updates. New movies may not play back if the component is not updated now. Would you like to update now? (Error code = 0024)"

The Blu-ray I have is fairly new, it was only released late last month (October 2012).

I'm using PowerDVD version 9.6.1.3522, which came bundled with my Dell laptop. I'm on Windows 7.

I have tried playing other Blu-rays, and they play just fine. Its just this Blu-ray will not because of this AACS update it needs.

Is there a reason why I can't download this AACS update?
