Hi friends :

I want to know if I have to be a genius, a super geek, an hyper smart to make a mask.

A softmask that ynotfish sent me was incredible, but I want more (to create and send it to all of you).

Do I need a photoshop like program, to create any .png?, What about the miniature?, Where to include?

Can I, a simple guy, to create it?

As it happens, there's a toot or two in the making on that topic... creating & using masks in PD. And yes - all using the free Paint.NET

Here's a one page extract from the ReadMe file that accompanies it. It shows the basic steps of mask making.
