I received e-badly with PD11 (1ª image) offer to upgrade but did not, the value is greater than the official site, Someone can explain, see pictures

I am not in favor of the upgrades.

The money is less, but you also get some conditions that you may or may not like.

The one condition I dislike, the upgrade version removes any previous powerdirector you have on your computer.

The Full versions allow any number of Powerdirector versions to be installed on the same computer at the same time.
