split a project half

I have a project with 2 chapters around 14 GB of MP4 size.
How can I split at each chapter and make 2 projects ?

If the project has already mounted, save complete project.
Select what would be the second part (Project 2) and delete the timeline
Save as Project 1
Add the complete project.
Select what was saved as (Project 1) and delete the timeline
Save as project 2

You can spilt the project in two parts.

Is that any way to split current project at current position as like as split a clip half ?
By deleting another half requires a whole new editing process such as rearrange music, title, etc.
It looks like no other way...

The way I posted above, no need to redo anything in the timeline.
Clear all at once, the selected portion.
For part 2 (right), where the whole (project) does not align to the left on the timeline, click with the right mouse button and select, Revove End Close Gap
