I'm trying to use YouCam to do a picture in picture powerpoint screen cast. From what I've read, I need to launch YouCam in IM mode so that the "world" icon will appear just above the cute camera frames at the bottom of the YouCam screen. I can't figure out how to do this. I've set up Skype, but the YouCam doesn't appear with a "world" sharing button.

Can anyone direct me or help with this?

Hello,

In this version of YouCam, once YouCam is set up (enabled in your messenger of choice for your webcam), the IM Mode is only available when you are doing a webcam session with someone.

So for example with Skype, you have to make a Skype video call for IM Mode to launch.
