PDVD10 was working perfectly, so I bought a new computer, installed PDV8, updated it to PDV10 and it doesn't work anymore. The only updates options that I have is PDV12...I can't afford it!
Here goes...

I've had nothing but trouble with PD10, unlike the previous versions. I've tried everything I know (and advise from this forum and PD tech support) to correct my problems, but to no avail. I have a new computer as well. Wish I could answer this with a solution, but at least you know that you're not alone.

The tech support just left my issue behind! It's curious cuz PDVD10 was working pefectly in my old pc. I have 2 VGAs on my new pc...is it sly the reason why PDV10 is not working anymore?

Hi,
Do you use PDVD OEM (pre-installed or bundled with drive) or PowerDVD retail Version?

please ensure you have installed correct drivers, seems that your VGA or Display is not capable to support HDCP.
This can be caused by incorrect driver installation or Hardware (e.g. Display does not support HDCP)

HDCP is mandatory for digitla connections like DVI or HDMI

if possible provide more info about your system:

thanks

It seems like you misunderstood the post! My problem is not about running 3D BRAY movies, It's about not running any BRAY media. Samsung 2233RZ doesn't run BRAY movies, only 3D games. Here goes my DXDIAG file. Thanks!
