Youcam 3.0 stopped working after a month...

I have a Youcam 3.0...the problem is that the software is bundled with the pc. Next part is that the camera worked for about a month...then it stopped. Device manager states the camera is working properly and the drivers are installed (clwvd.sys and ksthunk.sys), however, even if I click on the executable file youcam.exe it won't start...here are the details of the error message I am getting....Anyone has a suggestion on what's wrong and how I could correct it, it would be appreciated.
