I have been adjusting tools brightness, contrast, etc ... until it touched the exposure and catches became very dark unable to restore to its initial state. The tool "exposure" does not work and the amount of light and can not be changed. Please I need help. This webcam is integrated in a hp pavilion dv6 6195ca.

Hello,
Try the clicking the Advanced button in the enhancement window. This should open your webcam's setting window. Click the Reset to Default button, or something similar.
