Video files and picture files do not show on Flash in Blog TV when you play them and click Cyberlk

Does You Cam now work with Flash
I cannot get it to show the contents of a video on Blog TV When you click on Cyberlink splitter, while in the Flash mode, all it will show is your active web cam .

Is You Cam set up to switch over to show video? Just being able to send off video files on FB or You Tube is not enough...I need to be able to show them live on the blog. If you put up a picture, it will not show up on Flash either.

This is highly important...why is it not in the program? Or...where it is turned on?
