I have a laptop with integrated camera, but my camera still flicker all the time. Even when I chat on MSN, my camera flicker every second and I do not know why and how? When I open the program,'Cyberlink YouCam' it flickers all the time. Did somebody know how I can fix it? It is really frustrating.
