Hello All

I have today upgraded to version 5 of this software, from the 3.5 that was pre-loaded with my laptop. I do not have a link to download the upgrade - indeed, when checking in the member zone, it says I don't need to because I have the latest version!! Now, I have an email saying i've upgraded, and paid. It says though "we have run out of serial number, will provide it to you soon." (their words not mine) So does this mean that I can't download 5 and have to await the serial number?? I would really like to use all the features of the software I have just paid for, and now I'm more than a little worried.
