I've always been able to burn DVD+R DL (Verbatim) discs until recently. I also use Sony DVD Architect 5.2 which also fails with a "can't set the correct power ", or something like that, error message. I use P2G v6 and Pioneer BDR-203. Now I get 0xEB020B88 with the following:
