Unable to play any Blu-ray Discs: Error Code 0110

My Setup:

Version: PowerDVD 11 Ultra/Full Retail v.11.0.1719.51
Operating System: Windows 7 SP1 x64 (w/ latest updates)
Using Administrator Account
VGA: Nvidia GeForce GTX 570
VGA Driver Version: 280.26
Audio Device: Auzen X-Fi HomeTheater HD
Audio Device Driver Version: 1.12
Audio Setting in PowerDVD and in OS: Stereo
ODD Drive: Samsung SH-B123L
ODD Drive Firmware: SB04
Used Display: LG M237WD
Connection: DVI
Playback Refresh Rate: 60Hz
Monitor Environment: Single
Antivirus Software used: Avira Premium Security Suite (w/ latest updates)
Internet Browser Software installed: Internet Explorer 9 and Mozilla Firefox 5
No Virtual ODD used

I cannot play any Blu-ray Discs on my computer using PowerDVD 11 Ultra.

I get the error code: 0110 when I attempt to play any Blu-Ray Disc.

The Discs are fine, they work in my friends PS3.

I'm positive my system completely supports HDCP. The error apparently relates to my display device being unable to support HDCP? On Cyberlink's BD and 3D Advisor I pass everything except the 'Video Connection Type', which reads 'Digital (without HDCP)'.

I have included screenshots of my HDCP status and the error message in full along with my BD & 3D Advisor log.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! It's really frustrating not being able to enjoy any of the Blu-ray discs I own! Thank you in advance

Hi,
do you have chance to:

1. post the (32bit) DXDIAG log file?
2. check if HDMI connection shows the same problem?
3. do you have other devices connected to the Display (if yes - please remove them)
4. do you use any adaptor (e.g. DVI > HDMI)?

I am using no adapters.

I had a Digital TV box connected to the display via a SCART connection, I have removed it.

I will try using the HDMI connection on my display device as soon as I fish up my HDMI cables.

I have included the 32-bit DxDiag on this post as requested.

Thank you Michael for the prompt reply

Using the same DVI connection as before, with no SCART connection into my display device the error still persists. The same occurs when using a HDMI connection with no SCART connection. It's safe to rule out that my problem isn't caused by an extra connection into my display device?

Using a HDMI connection instead of the DVI connection reproduces the exact same issue and error code.
(My display device has 1 DVI input and 2 HDMI - I tried both HDMI inputs, to no avail)

The Nvidia control panel still reads my set up completely HDCP capable while using a HDMI cable.

Under the 'Change Resolution' section of the Nvidia Control Panel, '1080P' @ 50Hz under a resolution sub-heading of 'HD, SD' was automatically selected when using a HDMI cable. The error persisted when I experimented with the available refresh rates of 59/50/30/24/23Hz. The same occurs even when I set the resolution to 1920 x 1080 @ 60Hz under the sub-heading of 'PC' from the available resolution list. (What my DVI connection was previously using)

The BD & 3D Advisor log returns exactly the same results when a HDMI connection is used.
(I pass everything except the 'Video Connection Type', which still reads reads 'Digital (without HDCP)')

I'm really baffled now as to why I can't watch my Blu-ray Discs with this software!
