Hi,

I'm trying to install this software and keep getting errors e.g. "Error the product definition file is lost"

It appears the only program that successfully installed was instant burn.

This is a Win7 system with 4GB memory 2.5TB of hard drive space and an X6 AMD CPU.

Can someone please advise how to address this issue?

BTW: Trying to uninstall the older V7 Cyberlink software seemed to generate the same error.
