Very Strange Smartsound Errors?!?

I was working on a video for the travle diary contest and in it i used 3 smart sound tracks, one 4 minuetes and two of them 5 seconds long. These were some of the tracks that came free with PD9. But when i tried to produce the movie i got these two errors?

Then when reopening the file, it said it stalled at 78% and said it would ignore the smartsound tracks. (This was after getting several errors saying smartsound failed to open.) Now the project opened without any of the smart sound tracks.
I then produced it and it was fine. Video but no audio.

Next i tried to produce the smart sound tracks only (as wma files) and this worked but only for the two 5 second clips not the 4 minuete one, when i tried produceing a 2 minuete clip of that same song it worked.

So, does anyone know how to fix this, or know whats causing it? Is their a time limit on SS tracks even though i could here audio.

Also, what on earth does this mean?

I just removed the SS tracks from the original file, and added in their place the reproduced ones, and it worked. Which means it has to be Smart Sound, it also means im more confused, but at least my movies produced.

Clancy -

Don't worry. It's NOT that you're confused. It's just that SmartSound & PD9 have a very poor working relationship!

Much has ben written about it...

There are still issues with build 2930.
