Error Number: 0x80040707 when trying to install power2go from media suite

Hello,
I recently purchased a Sony BluRay burner (BDX-S500U) and it came with Cyberlink Media Suite software. When I try to install power2go I get the following error:

Error Number: 0x80040707
Description: DLL function call crashed:
HwCtrlMgr.HasDriveConnectedEx

Setup will now terminate.

I'm running Windows Vista Ultimate (6.0) but the box claims to support this. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

I had the same problem,But when I disconnected Daemon tools lite,
there was no problem install, Power2Go or Media suite
