Quote: Resolution, or aspect ratio?

In both 4: 3 or 16: 9 appears the error, not enough to compromise but ugly.
Only 1440x180 NTSC is normal

Hi,
Unless you are running Windows 7 Premium 64Bit, your 'Preview' of video on the monitor won't be as crisp as the final DVD. ( I found that out when I bought a new Windows 7 64 bit machine).
The only way to view the final quality is to "Create disk" and either burn to a Re-writeable DVD or burn to folder, then view as if it were a DVD.
Jim

The question is not the image quality and yes the deformed snippet, is only in the transition, which should be round and looks deformed

Ok,
Now here is the thing (my opinion) if you draw a circle in a bitmap program that is 400X400 pixels on a standard monitor, then import it to a widescreen monitor it is going to get stretched width wise. If you draw on a widescreen at max width it is going to keep the aspect ratio. Hope you understand what I am inferring here.
so if you created your graphic without taking into account 16:9 ration all circles will be elongated when inported to PD9.

Added if rendering in MPEG2 1440x1080 the transition is in normal form, I confirm that the deformation is only in the transition effect, the image of the video or photo is still good, but visible when makes a ball or circle.

Note: saving in MPEG2 PAL is perfect, the problem is with the default MPEG2 NTSC.
