i have noticed that there was a person here with a screen print posted asking for help i`m having the exact same thing going on this is a bought bundle i bought a asus dvd burner and the cd for this cyberlink came with it and i have installed and uninstalled it and nothing keeps saying the exact same thing program has stopped working and i`m an expert with the computer but this darn thing just wont click every time i try to open it it will come up forsure then it waits and crashes dont matter what i do i have entered the key and all but not a thing
