Some stuttering between cuts (3D Playback)

I just got my Blu-ray Drive (Lite-On iHBS112) today along with my purchase of Tron: Legacy 3D and this player software.
Everything is smooth and without a hitch but while the movie is playing there is some slight stuttering, or hickups if you will, between (film)cuts. It seems (to me) the player is trying to process the 3D in each abrupt new cut causing the slight delay. The average movie I'm guessing has about 5000 cuts so you can see where this is going.

The only other app running in the background is Microsoft Security Essentials. If something can be tweaked I'm all ears.

Thanks,
-Scott

The version of PowerDVD 10 Ultra I got at download at purchase was v2325. I had checked for updates within the software and it said it was up to date.

I now see there's a patch to v2701 in the sticky above which I've installed and during a quick test I don't see any stuttering between cuts as before. I'll have to see tomorrow during an extended viewing if the stuttering persists.
