How long does it take to resolve my activation problem

I purchased power DVD from cyberlink web site about a year ago. Last week I upgraded my pc and had some difficulty in getting the optical audio to work so I had to reinstall a couple of times and now it say that I have used the maximum number of activation. I have submitted a support ticket with a screen shot. How long is it going to take or do they expect me to purchase another licence ??
