Power2Go 7 and Windows7 SP1

Hi to all,

I need to know if Power2Go 7 is compatible with Windows7 Ultimate SP1. I recent download the trial version, but when I run the program it's say that It's imposible start the burning mechanism (no es posible iniciar el mecanismo de grabacion)

I use P2Go on my systems and have no problem related to SP1

Hi,

to create the DXDIAG:
Start =>
In the Search/Program field type "DXDIAG" and press the [Enter]
save to File and upload the file as attachement
