powerdirector5 ,tv button greyed out

Bought powerdirector 5 and the tv button is greyed out ,have a ati 9600xt card.So I reboot and sometime I can use the tv button and other times its grey.Loaded the latest drivers and no luck,can anyone help,tech support says they get back to me ???. In devise mgr I have yellow marks by the tv drivers,and when I do a detail its says drivers fail to load.. any help would be great..thanks
