Blu-Rays not playing due to region

Hi, I have recently purchased Power DVD 10 and cant play all of my Region B Blu-Ray movies.
The region is default set to Australia (I'm in Australia btw) but user defined option is greyed out, and the global region select option is also greyed and set to Region A (the wrong region).
Please help.

please especially let us know which AV solutoon you use - there are some Firewall solutions that cause this error
