PTG 7 Freezing up

I just upgraded to PTG 7. Version 6 was working perfectly but wanted new features. Downloaded, installed, activated. When I try to do anything, like burn a previously created image file, the normal screen comes up asking where to find the file and where to burn it. As soon as I start filling in boxes, it freezes.

This happens on all modules.

I've downloaded the program 3 times now, all with same effect. I downloaded the "7 build" file, and that doesn't impact problem either.

Can someone help?
