Hi All

I have an XPS 420 with PowerDVD 7 DX for Dell with Windows 7 Ultimate and a BluRay Drive.

It has been working perfectly until the other day when I put in 'Moon' Bluray and it asked to be updated etc and now fails to play any bluray.

I have tried to delete restart and reinstall PowerDVD 7 DX for Dell but to know avail - as its starting to load the bluray the screen flashes and it asks contstantly to be updated - can anyone help as the machine is mainly use to watch blueray .....
