Hi, I know this is very simple. How can I transfer a video from my Digital Video Cam to my PC? Do I still need to buy a capture card? First time to have a Digital VCam. Thanks.. Can anyone help me please?

Bora, check to see if you have a fire wire port on your pc. You can transfer with usb but fire wire has better video quality. Do you have any capturing software installed? Have you purchased Cyberlink software? XP comes with Windows Movie Maker and your camera probably has some software.
